North Accent is fully operational and shipping all orders during these times. *Please note that some minor delays may effect shipping times when using postal services. Courier shipping is operating as normal.

Canada: Free via Canada Post. 1-5 Business Days. Tracked and Insured.

USA: Free via USPS. 3-6 Business Days. Tracked and Insured.

United Kingdom & Europe: via Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, Local Postal service: 3-20 Business Days. Tracked and Insured. Free Shipping Available.

Australia/New Zealand: via FedEx, UPS, DHL, Local Post. 3-15 Business Days. Tracked and Insured. Free Shipping Available.

UAE/Qatar/Oman/Bahrain/Kuwait*: via FedEx, DHL, UPS. 3-8 Business Days. Tracked and Insured

*All orders can subject to customs & duties. Please be familiar with your local laws and processing time. Customer is responsible for any charges for local tax or duties, if applicable.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of original purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags and cards.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Please contact us with your order number to proceed.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will send you an email to notify you.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a refundwill automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  • Please do not return your purchase back to us without receiving confirmation. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your payment provider for processing time on credited purchases. It may take a few days before a refund is officially posted.
